These 3 counters FAILING on both of my Dynamics CRM servers

Hello,

I am trying to apply the CRM Dynamics 2011 APM template to our dynamics servers and am getting the same 3 coutners failing on both.....I searched online but was unable to find much about why theey are failing. I have pasted a scfeenshot below....can anyone shed some light on what to check for?

These counters are exposed when the Dynamics CRM SDK is installed on the server. These should probably be disabled by default so this is good feedback. I would recommend disabling these components since you're not using SOAP functions with SDK.

I checekd with our CRM developer and he informed me that the SDK IS installed....would these still fail even if it is under certain circumstances?

These instances exist on our lab instances of Microsoft's Dynamics CRM 2011 so I'm not entirely sure why yours would be different. I would recommend opening the Windows Performance Monitor (perfmon.exe) on the CRM server and look to see if these counters have a unique instance name of if they're missing altogether. If these counters provide valuable information which you feel you need insight into then I would recommend contacting Microsoft support to determine why they do not exist for your installation. If what these three components monitor isn't applicable to your environment and they don't provide valuable information, then it's a fairly simple task to disable these component monitors within the application template.
