Amount of bandwidth vs. amount of data

Netflow doesn't seem to be showing/collecting all the data from our routers. For instance, one of the interfaces we're monitoring is doing about 50Mbps on average, and so in the default 2 hour view, we should be seeing about 40-50GBs of data. What we're actually seeing is ~7-8GBs of data. The IP group I've got it monitoring is 0.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.255, so it should be able to account for all traffic, correct?

The 2 hour chart shows data in 15 minute points, so 7-8 GB is about right for 50 Mbps.

I swear, I regularly leave out the critical information people need.

I'm looking at the Node Details View with the pie chart for the last 2 hours on an interface that runs at ~50Mbps.

I have seen the same things in v2.2 and v3 but it is somewhat inconsistent... After the SQL performance problems cropped up I had assumed that this problem was actually due to unprocessed flow details being lost and not distilled completely from the flow data when the SQL server threads were being overwhelmed and never catching up... Assumptions are many times wrong though...

Now that is odd. When I did the calculations for 15 minutes I actually got 5.7 GB. That is why I said 7-8 is realsitic. I'll have this tested if you open a ticket on it.
