Cisco CallManager, Unity Connection, Content Center monitoring

All,

I've recently built (it's in testing phase) a new SAM template for monitoring CUCM 10.5, and I'll share in the near future. However, in building this template, I find myself asking more questions than I have answers for.

CUCM

How do I parse a CUCM CLI command to monitor the cluster status? Which command would work best?
How do I parse a CUCM CLI command to monitor the DB replication (Success or fail, and why)? Which command would work best?

Unity Connection

Apparently many of the services are the same as CUCM, so my new template only requires a few tweaks to work on that also, but same questions above apply.

Content Center

I haven't started on this one yet, but if anyone has any input on how they are doing it now, I'll gladly take the feedback.

Long term, I'd like to see this functionality added to VNQM monitoring natively. I'll open a feature request when I have all the details I want.

tough question. I'm worried we don't have answer for this since cluster support for VNQM is waiting in the queue for investigation. I'm interested to see if somebody else does what D D wants manually or via script.

I've done the same, but monitoring a service only provides details of the service itself. I'm looking to take that further and get a status of the cluster (up, down, out of sync, etc.). I appreciate the response, and it you have a way to get details about the status', please do share.

I remember some time ago we got the same problem and we didn't found any solution.

I've tried to get this with some UnDP's but no way.

I've searched the whole MIB tree for an OID of this but can't find anything... I don't know where CISCO stores these info's... Sorry...

No worries. I know the commands from CLI to view the info, I just don't have a mechanism to pull it from Orion and display it...then of course alert on issues. But I'm not giving up on my friends at SolarWinds, I have confidence they will provide a way in a future release.
