This is a known issue/limitation, but I thought I would ensure it was in the feature request list.
Any time a policy change occurs, we need to remove and re-add the CBQOS collection. This is massively frustrating. We can automate a policy change via NCM to hundreds of routers within minutes, and then need to spend hours deleting and re-adding the CBQOS interface collection.
