I have imported Patch Manager 1.8 working custom reports into 2.0 but when I run the reports PM is not showing any results.

Can you provide some more detail on this scenario. I'm not aware of any reasons why the 1.8 templates wouldn't work with 2.0. Do you mean that the reports have empty data, or that the reports do not appear in the report list?
One point of importance, though, is to be sure you've imported them into the correct Report Category.
The reports are in the list, but no data returns. The reports are simple, they are checking for computers with a particular piece of software installed.

When was the most recent Managed Computer Inventory task performed?
Did that inventory include "Installed Software"?
Is this a fresh install of 2.0, or an upgrade from 1.8 to 2.0?
Fresh 2.0 install. Thanks for the computer inventory task suggestion. I will run that tonight and see if that resolves the issue.
After the managed computer inventory was performed, I am now getting some results however:
-some results show the same computer many times
-other results only show a subset of the computer I know have a particular piece of software installed
Are these reports only as current as the previous run computer inventory?

Yes.
There is no "history" in an inventory task; it's the current state of the machine as last inventoried.
