Syslog Service scheduled task error

Hello,

I'm trying to setup archiving and zipping old files through the "Archive Options" tab but keep getting the following error when executing the scheduled task:

Task engine aborted with error: At least one 'SkippingFile' event was triggered because an error prevented a file from being processed. [Syslogd_TaskEngine.exe 2.5.151] (527) Kiwi Syslog Server - Scheduled Archive Task Report - Archive 30 days Zip operation failed. [Line:0]

The result of this is files are moved but not zipped.

I've made sure the Syslog service account has correct permissions on the archive folder, but I can't think of anything else...

Any suggestions?
