fortimail device backup with Kiwi CAT Tools

how can we backup the fortimail device running devices using the kiwi cat tools , as when I use it is gives me a successful login attempt but unfortunally the tftp back gives it failed .

any ideas ????

You can enable capture mode (File\Enable capture mode).  Don't forget to disable it when you are done.  You will want to look in the \CatTools3\debug directory.  This will show you verbose communication with your device.
