Any way to monitor Microsoft Message Queuing(MSMQ) Queues from IpMonitor

Hello Guys,

Good Morning!!

I am currently using IpMonitor 10.8.2. Now what I would like to do is to know if I can monitor MSMQ Queues from IpMonitor.

Basically my scenario is I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 where we have installed MSMQ feature and we have setup different private queues in it. Each queue is displaying different records. Now I know I can monitor the MSMQ service from IpMonitor but it will only inform me when the service is not running but if I wish to monitor what is the count of each Queue and inform the developers when any specific queue exceed the threshold count can I do that from IpMonitor?

If yes then please somebody help me how can I do that? Any custom WMI script or SNMP or anyways..

After doing a little research, it looks like MSMQ exposes WMI.  The last release of ipMonitor included a generic WMI monitor.  Have you tried this?
