I like the Publish to Web option which outputs to a html page, but it's just a static snapshot, is there a way of having it update at scheduled times, so multiple users can see the results?

The IP Address Management tool can be set to update (publish to a web server) at preset intervals, such as every 5 minutes.
Which specific app are you referring to?
What version of Toolset are you running?
This functionality was enhanced in the latest versions.
