Loading Engineer tools to Orion NPM

When I try to install my licence through the customers page. It states that I need 'Program Serial Number'.
Help on this says
"When you run an "Unregistered" tool a dialog window will appear prompting you to "Install Your License Key". If you click on the button "Skip this, and enter Software License Key Now", the Program Serial Number for you machine will be displayed"
When I do this all I get is a box saying that this is an evaluation version and ask if I want to continue.
Is this 'Program Serial Number'available anywhere else?
