Cisco MDS9148 - SNMPv3

Hi,

We've recently purchased Storage Manager to monitor out shiny new SAN.  I've added the controller in, but I'm trying to add in the Cisco MDS9148, and have come across a problem.  The problem being, we use SNMPv3 to access the switch, and I can't see how we'd set it up in STM.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,

We don't support v3 on cisco at this time.   By default MDS switches are set to use V3.  You have to go to the command line and set a community string so that v1 v2c works.
