What's your largest database size

Hi,

We are planing to deploy NTA into production but the fact that every single netflow data is saved in database concerned me a lot because it might mean performance issue down the track when the database becomes bigger an bigger.

If anyone could let me know your NetPerfMon database size, it would be much appreciated.

@georgehe your db size and performance will depend greatly on the settings you have. You should consider tweaking how much historical data you keep and your Top Talk Optimization settings. That said, having the right hardware is very important.

I run NTA for 300 interfaces (some are gig and OC3), NCM for 1700 devices, APM for about 35 apps, and NPM with 17000 elements. My DB space used is about 100gb
