I have a problem activating the ntm beta via the offline process. In my cotumer Portal there is exists no ntm beta product entry. Any Ideas?

Mhm now we have a loop I already opened a ticket at solarwinds support (Case 707435) and they wrote:
"All beta questions are answered through our thwack site ..."

I apologize. For some reason I missed that this was about the Beta even though you mentioned it in the subject. The license type I've provided does not work for offline activation. I'll PM you a new license, which should also be available in your customer portal for offline activation.
