We use WPM to monitor several internal and external web sites and portals, a few of which require authentication and some that don't. Trying to add a WPM player to log into ZenDesk (zendesk.com) and I can't get past the authentication page. As soon as valid credentials are entered, I get a page that says:
There appears to be no way out, clicking the link to "open this content in a new window" just goes back to the login page and ends up right back here again. We cannot modify the content of the web site, it's not ours. I'm hoping there is a way to get WPM to not use a frame (wishful thinking?) to log in. Thanks in advance for any help.
