Can we push out updates by subnet mask

We are trying to find out whether we can push out updates through subnet mask beside using computer groups or name?

Not directly, but you use the Discovery Task and reporting to produce a list of the systems contained within a defined subnet, and then from the report viewer you can "push" that list of computers into a Patch Manager Computer Group.

You can then deploy updates to the Patch Manager Computer Group.
