How do I accomplish this?

We need to configure Solarwinds to monitor our MPIO status on our servers and clusters. We are not able to do this on our FC HBA. We need to be alerted when a HBA fails or a Fiber cable is down. How do we accomplish this?

How this is done is entirely dependent on the platform on which it is running. What operating system are you using? What HBAs are involved?
