I'm trying to monitor a CAC enabled website. I tried using the standard SAM templates for web pages, but the CAC login prompt times out and SAM changes the status of the websited to 'Down'. Does anyone know of a way to monitor these sites with SAM?
SAM does not support CAC card credential handling for authentication in the HTTP/HTTPS user experience monitors. I would recommend looking at Web Performance Monitor, as that's much more likely to support CAC card authentication against remotely monitored websites and web applications.
