I am hoping someone may be able to assist with an issue i have.
We are utilising the WPM module and reporting availability stats for monthly reports.
The % availability that we are seeing we have suspicions are reporting lower than expected. We suspect that the a number of tests are reporting an unknown status (possibly due to polling engine loading which isnt obviously evident) which is counting against the availability.
Is there any way that a report could be created that provides the following
% Uptime availability
% Down
% unknown
If we see that the unknown state is confirmed as being 2-3% then this will suggest this is the root cause of the issue.
