IP Network Browser and Linux

Hey folks,

When I run the Network Browser tool, and tell it to scan a linux host, it says it's an unknown type (Big Question Mark).

It seems to be getting a "hint" from the SysObject ID (in MIB 2 I believe) OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.3.2.10, but Solarwinds doesn't have the Enterprise OID 8072.

Can get get this OID in a MIB Database update someday?

Hey Folks,

Seems I needed to reinstall the Engineers Edition (now v7), and the newer IP Network Browser recognizes that OID as "Net-SNMP".

Excellent.
