Show Comments in NCM Config Change Report

Hello All,

First off, I'm using NCM 6.1...

I am new to the world of networking and Solarwinds, but I am hoping there is a not too difficult way to get the report I am after.  I really like the NCM config change report and how it clearly shows what was changed during a particular time period.

The problem I have with it is that it doesn't show WHO made the change, or better yet the comments that were entered/saved for that change.  Is it possible to create a report that displays like the Config Change report, but also shows the comments on the change along with the changes?  This is for periodic auditing purposes as we reference the workorder number in the comments when making the changes.

Would it be more feasible to try and create a database report to show who and what changed on the nodes?

I tried to look at the database tables and it's pretty intimidating.  I don't know if there are any built in repoting tools or templates that might help with this.
