I can see all entries on the Kiwi Syslog Service Manager, but on the web access there isn't even one event!? Did I miss an extra option for this?I'm using the latest V9 trial version on XP SP3. Thanks!
This should work without needing to reinstall, check the following:
1) That you have a “Log to Web Access” action (and it’s enabled). And,
2) Assuming that you are still in eval mode, I’d suggest stop and restart the Kiwi Syslog Server Service. We have a bug where re-starting the service picks up the changes
I think you have the same problem as I had.
You have to install the product before registering it but because it's not registered you don't see the option to log to Web Access in the setup.
I had to run my install again after registering it and then I was able to see the option under File >> Setup >> Log to Syslog Web Access
Thanks I reinstalled it and now it works!
What a piece of crap, how can one develop a commercial software with such bugs or very strange usability...
