V8 Upgrade Issue

I installed the new version and get the following error:

Cannot open
This file must exist in order for to operate.
Detail=Cannot open SWDiscovery.cfg

This file must exists in order for this program to operate.

Method'~' of object '~' failed.

I get a similar error for all products, but this is from the NetPerfMon. I have checked for the existence of the swdiscovery.cfg. It exists in common and the Engineers Edition directories. I uninstalled, deleted the solar winds directory and reinstalled. I get the same error. I have all of the cfg files on backup.

I am running Windows XP SP2 and Office 2003.

Any help would be appreciated
