Possible to develop a SQL based report in NCM 5.5

I have a unique issue, our Orion is on a network which requires SSL and IIS has to be set to accept client certificates. What this means is that I can't use NPM's report scheduler to email out reports since there is an additional click that a user has to do when clicking on a report. What I found is that NCM doesn't have this same issue as it uses a true report scheduler and doesn't attempt to open the report in a web viewer.

Is it possible to develop a report using SQL to point to the Orion NPM and use NCM to send the report?

Anyone try this or know if it is possible?

Thanks Marie but I was trying to use the NCM report scheduler function since it simply generates the report and emails where NPM actually tries to open the report on the NPM web (which can't be done in our environment).

Oh well, back to the drawing board.
