I am having issues backing up an ASA5505. I am receiving"Failed to navigate menus Level-3 (menu text not found)" Not sure what needs to be done to correct this. I am connecting via telnet, ASA Version 8.4.4, ASDM version 6.4.9.

1. What version of CatTools are you running?
2. What device type have you selected?
3. What type of activity are you running?

2. Device: Cisco.VPN
3. Activity: Device.Backup.Running.Config
That was it. As soon as I read your second question it dawned on me to change the device type. After looking through I found the Cisco.Firewall.ASA which I did not see previously. After updating the enable password section it backed up successfully. Thanks for the help.
