Problem with NPM setting up new nodes

I am having a problem setting up new nodes. NPM responds saying that there was no SNMP response from the device (when attempting to query it to get basic info/interfaces).

Network traces indicate that no SNMP GETS are flowing to the new node device from NPM.

Is there a limit to how many nodes and/or interfaces I can set up with Network Performance Monitor?

Adding new nodes worked fine until recently.
