I am new to tftp and I am trying to update the flash on some switches. I have downloaded the tftp server software and I also have the file that is to be copied up to the switches. But I must be missing something. How do I get the file copied to my switches. Any help would be appreciated.

Don, You need to tell the switch where (and how, TFTP) to get the new file from... Check your switch's documentation on how to do this.
