WPM issues loading iFrame

I just wanted to get feedback from the community if anyone experienced problems with WPM loading iFrames. We have certain pages using iFrames to load 3rd-party integrations. It actually worked on the old(deprecated) WPM recorder. The new version fails to load those iFrames and just gets stuck on continuously refreshing the frame.

If anyone had similar issues and found a workaround, I'd be happy to hear what you did there.

Hi,

If you have WPM 2019.4.1 You can try to edit WPM Recorder configuration file C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\SEUM\Recorder\WPM Recorder.exe.config and set disableWebSecurity tag to true. Then restart WPM Recorder.

If that helps with creating recordings over iFrames than you will need to do the same for WPM Player. Edit C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\SEUM\Player\SolarWinds.SEUM.Agent.Worker.exe.config file and in tag agentWorkerConfiguration change disableWebSecurity attribute to true - then restart WPM Player service.

It really gave me a glimpse of hope as I've been battling this over 3 version releases. Sadly, that did not work. It loads the page and instead of iframe, there is just blank spot.

I appreciate your suggestion, though!
