SSL cert needed before provision wizard will connect?

We are getting an error that the WSUS server is looking for SSL/TLS connection to run the provision wizard. So my question is where is this cert located and where do I put it on my patch manager server so that I can prvision my wsus server?

"The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure. The underlying connection was closed. Could not establish trust relationship for ssl/tls secure channel."

SSL/TLS is not required to run the provisioning wizard, unless you're trying to import an external certificate.

To import an external certificate (either one from an Enterprise CA or one from a Third-Party CA), you'll need to use a command line tool that can be run from the WSUS Server's command line, thus eliminating the need for the SSL-based connection.

Open a ticket via the Customer Portal and a support tech can get you the link to download the WSUS Signing Cert Management tool.
