For some reason the reports are all looking for CDT/CST even though I am in EDT/EST. Due to the this the report is flagging the time settings, even if they exist. Anyone know how to change this?

You need to go to the Manage Policy Report Policies screen:
Check the Time Settings option and click on Edit, you'll get the opportunity to remove the CST check and replace it with a pre-defined EST check.
