where is SNMPSET now?

previously it was in snmp mib browser, but in 10.9.1,  thats now changed

where do i find it now?

You still can access the deprecated tool version, just go to the :\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Toolset and look for Deprecated_MIB-Browser.exe
