My two last posts (containing no links) got moderated - requiring approval before getting posted. If it's an automated thing, how does it get triggered? If not (automated), how can I earn your forgiveness, O Solarwinds?

This moderation is automated, so no need to ask for forgiveness . The thwack master is a very understanding entity. Unfortunately, it will take some time until your content will get published without being moderated, but don't worry, we do our best to approve everything as soon as it gets posted.
