How to email a report as it is shown in Orion

I have been trying to email the out of the box report "nodes down" but if i select HTML as file type in the Edit Report Schedule I get these annoying links in the email like "print" "edit report" and in the middle of the report it says "you can change this after submit.". If choose HTML and PDF as file type and open the pdf it looks good but I want it like that in the actual message and not as a pdf. And if I choose only PDF as file type the pdf is like a screenshot of the report with the current user loged in etc. Where can I find the code for the report so I can just copy paste into the message as "html", I want it to look like the first picture.

If you edit the Schedule and in the Actions tab, edit your Email Action. Then make sure in the Message Section - Make sure you tick the box "Retrieve a Printable Version of Reports".

Doesn't work. It doesn't appear in the actual message of the email. It only appears in the message if choose html as file type but then it looks like the second Picture.
