NTA - How to hide/disable "Flow Navigator" from the view of one account

Hello,

I am trying to limit the view of one of the NTA accounts to prevent it from viewing the traffic related to certain IP addresses.

I could limit the access to the IP's traffic through a filter created by Flow Navigator and added into a new Menu Bar.

Still the user account is able to open the "Flow Navigator" and change the filter removing the IP limitation.

Is there a way to hide the Flow Navigator for one account? or disable it for all server using Admin account (Being able to enable it again when needed, but only using admin account)?
