I've been trying to follow the onboarding process, but when I try to book mark my product's roadmap, I get an error that says I may be logged out. Refreshing the page shows I'm logged in, but it won't let me bookmark.
Hi mtassin - thank you for the heads up. I believe we are having some inconsistent behaviors where some roadmaps are allowing the "Bookmark" feature, whereas others are not, but even that isn't consistent. Having said that, I've run into a few that I was not able to bookmark and I'd like to verify which roadmaps you attempted that did not work and which roadmaps you were able to bookmark. For example, I was able to bookmark NCM, but SAM through the error you mentioned. Thanks in advance for your help!
Database Performance Analyzer was the one I couldn’t book mark.
I also have trouble “downloading” scripts for DPA as there isn’t a download button, and generally you just copy/paste them
OK, let me take a look at how the PM is adding the scripts to that area to make sure it's being added as a true download. As for the bookmark issue, I need to reach out to our vendor on this one because it's behaving so inconsistently and oddly for many of us. In the interim, if you just bookmark the main Product Roadmap page, that should suffice for the mission. Thanks again for your help! I'll let you know what I find out about the DPA download scripts.
I believe I completed all of the required steps for the "Onboarding Mission", but I don't see it reflected in my points balance in the store. I did not receive any error(s) when completing the outlined steps.
