Has anyone successfully implemented this solution and had it be effective in identifying voice issues? The customer is running an Avaya IP Office system (model number escapes me), and this system is managed by a 3rd party support provider.
The client has HP 8212 Procurve Switching (running the latest code K.15.10.0003) and I'm looking to see if this product can integrate with the HP switches to identify the random one way voice issue we have. I'll assume for now that the HP switches wont support the IP SLA component as this seems directed solely at Cisco.
