Last time data seen on Interface report

I'm trying to create a report to be e-mailed out that shows the time data was last transmitted and received for every interface that Cirrus is managing, just like the report that you can get for each individual nodes interfaces but for all interfaces managed on Cirrus.

Can anyone give me an idea of how I can go about compiling the report?

This appears to be something that is polled real time when viewing, rather than being stored in the DB. If it's not stored in the DB then you won't be able to generate a report on it.
