Help pulling node and interface information

Hi everyone! I'm new to the forums and new to Solarwinds so please go easy on me. I just purchased NPM, APM, IPSLA, IPAM and Netflow and am in the process of setting everything up. I have all of my nodes added to NPM and am monitoring the serial interface on all of the routers. I am trying to setup an alert that looks like the following:

The node is currently[${Status}]

The internal IP address for this node is:[${IP_Address}]

The AT&T Serial IP address for this node is: [I'm not sure what variable to put here. I want to fill in the ip address for the serial interface of the node]

The local contact for this site is: [Not sure how to accomplish this. I have the location set for each device using SNMP. I would like to do some type of if/then to display this information. i.e. if location = Texas then contact = Jon Smith. Not sure if this is possible or not]

I would also be interested to see what all some of you include in your node down alerts. I'm monitoring just over 200 nodes and want to get this right. lol

I am not aware of any way to perform logic against the nodes for the sake of alerts. I would accomplish this using Custom Properties on the node. Create a custom property on the node for the local contact and then you can use that variable in the alert.
