No MAC Listed with Switch Port Mapper
brigst77
I am trying to see if we have someone connected multiple devices via a switch or hub using SPM, but it doesn't return a MAC address. Other ports on the switch do return MAC's, but there are two ports that do not. Can anyone give me a hint as to which way to go on this?

Do you see a mac address in the cam table of that port?
CORE1#show mac-address interface fa3/3

Normally if the port is up and there's no mac address it's because the connected device isn't powered on.
