unable to Publish

I am unable to publish packages to the WSUS Server. Getting the following error "Failed to sign package error 2147942402"

We build a new WSUS Server and I copied over the Certificate to the new WSUS Server, still it is not working, please advise.......

Hi Saima,

When you 'copied over' the certificate to the new WSUS server, did you export it as a .pfx file from the old server and then import it into the \WSUS store on the new server? If not, you can export it from your old WSUS server, then use this tool to import it into the new WSUS server's WSUS Store: https://www.eminentware.com/cs2008/media/p/431.aspx

You can check to see if it is present by launching an MMC console, adding the Certificates snap-in to it (for the local computer), then browsing down to the \WSUS store and looking for the WSUS Publishers Self-signed certificate.
