Databas corruption

so we did have a power outage and i think it corrupted out database. i ran the repair stuff in solarwinds and the stuff from access but it doesn't record data anymore and it just crashes the nightly maintenance stuff. Should i just start a new databas or new records i mean? or is there any way to get the data? what should i do?
