Mailer Engine not emailing

Does anyone know why the mailer engine will not send an email when my device backup config job runs? I have my SMTP configured and can send test emails with no problems. However, when my job runs, the info log says that it creates and email to be sent, but it seems to go nowhere at all.

Any ideas???

Hi Mark,

I don't know if you've seen it but there is a KB article covering the most common reasons for not getting e-mails. You can find it at the link below;
