How can i find devices with duplicate IP's

Is there a way in the Toolkit I can do a search for devices with duplicateip addresses? I have run into an issue and am having trouble tracking it down. I have a MAC Address Discovery tool but can't figure out how to change the local subnet on it. Any help to my situation would be greatly appreciated.

The Tool can only send ARP requests on the network you are connected to. ARP/RARP requests cannot cross routers. If you wish to analyze another subnet, plug your computer in that subnet. If you have multiple NICs, you should see an option to select each subnet.
