Hi,
I am succesfully set up all monitors i needed to monitor on servers and have produced a nice screen to look at 
However the screen often does not get looked at, thus we still miss problems.
I would like to integrate solarwinds into a 3rd party call logging software we use (its called dell kace), so that when for example a service goes down or a certain volume hits a certain limit i.e less than 2gb it will automatically raise a ticket within the call logging software.
So in short is it possible to do this?
