TFTP V10.4.0.14 does not download Cisco config file

I am having a challenge retrieving Cisco config files with TFTP version 10.4.0.14. The message I receive is Transfer failed Reason unknown TFTP server timeout?

Can you run it with the log window open to see if there is any additional error information. Also check the event logs to see if there is any additional information.

As a test have you been able to transfer any files at all via the TFtp server?
