Hi,
I'm having an issue adding the actual target ip when adding existing sla monitors to the sla manager. Going through the Wizard for monitoring existing operations I can 'fudge' it and select a different destination device in the call path but I'd prefer that it all reflects what was actually configured manually.
E.g. we have some ip services ios switches that we configured the udp-jitter monitors on, they simulate voip traffic to some of our edge switches at various sites (these only have the ip base feature set but are sla responders). However I don't seem to be able to select these ip base edge switches as the target in the wizard. If I try to add them Orion tells me they're not IP SLA capable so I can't select them. I've fudged it by selecting another ip sla device as the target to get passed this in the wizard and as long as I give it the correct operation number then it seems to add the monitor fine. My issue is that when colleagues look at this in IP SLA Manager they'll think the monitor is configured differently to what is actually in place. Is this a known issue where you can't properly add a monitor if the destination isn't fully IP SLA capable?
