I have set it up Netflow for one of my devices and I wanted to know how can I see the charts or data being collected?

Start up the NetFlow Realtime application, and you should see all the devices (and interfaces on each device) that are sending NetFlow data to your machine. Select an interface, and you can start looking at the data.
