That page is helpful. Is there any reference that lists the default thresholds for the metrics ? When setting up alerts using "% meeting metric alarm criteria" it would be useful to know what the threshold is to determine what percentage we want to set it to. The only way I've found so far is to drill into an instance, go to the resources tab, pick a chart and go to its settings. That's a lot of digging just to set up an alert properly.
