Hello again :-)
I've inherited an Orion infrastructure, and I've spent the last few weeks just getting the feel of things. One of the products the previous engineer attempted to install was the VOIP monitor - he had the version 2 monitor installed, but I keep getting Java errors when I try to pull up some of the configuration pages, and when I try to pull up the web console.
I'm thinking the best way to fix the problem might be to completely remove and reinstall VOIP monitor so I know exactly what's been done as far as configuration - given that the current install doesn't seem to work. If I were to do this, is there anything I need to do besides removing the VOIP monitor in add/remove programs on the VOIP poller, (probably) the redundant poller, and the web server? I.E. do I have to manually clean up SQL tables, etc? Or do you think it might be worthwhile to try to troubleshoot the Java errors?
Thanks for any insight you might be able to give. :-)
Thanks,
