Storage Manager not retrieving data from EMC VNX

Question

I just installed the trialware of Storage Manager and the free SAN Monitor.  I was able to successfully connect to the VNX through both systems, and basic information was passed back, but the performance stats are not populating.  Performance Data Logging is turned on, I have been tracking it via Unisphere, so the data is being generated.  SAN Monitor shows the information about the VNX (Firmware version, # of disks, Raw capacity, etc), but the "Array Performance" shows 0 IOPS.  Same thing with the Storage Manager.  After setting up SMI-S, Storage Manager shows asset information like FLARE code, Mfg, Model, etc.  But it says the last storage collect was "N/A" and the last performance collect was 19.5hr.  Clicking on the "Agent Module Status" shows that the SMI-S Module is "Offline" and that the GC overhead limit exceeded".  Clicking on the module shows:

I got it working on Friday ... looks like the JRE was running out of memory.  I had to edit my SolarWinds.Storage.Agent.ini file with these new parameters:

EXT_ARGS=-XX:PermSize=512M -XX:MaxPermSize=512M -Xrs -Xms67108864 -Xmx1024m

Can you verify that you have turned on Statistics Logging on each Storage Processor? For instructions on enabling, take a look at the bottom of page 22 through page 23 in Solarwinds SMI-s troubleshooting guide: http://www.solarwinds.com/documentation/profiler/docs/SMISProvider.pdf.  There are also additional things to look for in the middle of page 23.
