WPM Recorder is Requesting Adobe Flash Player

We are having an issue with WPM Recorder and flash on one particular recording. When navigating to the web page in WPM Recorder it displays:

This application requires the Adobe Flash Player: Get Flash.

The WPM Recorder host does have the latest version Adobe Flash installed and is running IE 11. The page loads without problem in IE 11. We only get prompted for Flash install in WPM recorder. We have also tried this on several different hosts and with IE 10.

Using WPM Recorder version: 2.2.0.297

Has anybody else seen this with a recording?

I'm having the same problem. I have an application that uses Flash and I can get the page to load outside of WPM with no problem but as soon as I try from within the WPM Recorder, it acts like Flash isn't installed. Trying to build the recording to download flash each time isn't working either since the download opens as a new window and WPM blocks that window from opening.

Thanks for replying Steven; the case number is 1239602.

I got a reply from someone today who sent me this link to an article to use X/Y coordinate capture to log in. I think they missed what I was saying about having Flash installed but being able to get to the site with the IE and Chrome browser but when I go to do the recording, it asks for Flash to be installed.
